Debt Validation Notice
Unless you notify this office within thirty (30) days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid.
If you notify this office in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will obtain verification of the debt or obtain a judgment and mail you a copy of such judgment or verification.
If you request this office in writing thirty (30) days after receiving this notice, this office will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor.
Payment Policy
Payments are processed seven (7) days a week. Any changes to payment information must be communicated to FAS three (3) days before the payment date. If payment cannot be made for any reason, FAS must be contacted three (3) days before the payment date to arrange alternative solutions. Payments that do not process may incur additional fees.
Failed payments or payments that cannot be processed may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient funds, locked cards, an expired credit card, unauthorized transactions, and invalid information. This payment policy may be updated periodically. Notices will be sent on any significant changes.
